Karl Plunkett is a builder developer who established Eco Constructions Pty Ltd in 1996. Karl is the owner of Eco Beach in Broome, where he first commenced working on the prototypes that have become Eco Structures Australia’s core products. Karl’s construction work focuses on environmentally sustainable development.
